Vivian chuckled and said "Yeah I guess a dog would be nice to have around." She had never actually put any real thought about having a dog, though it had crossed her mind multiple times before. She sighed and relaxed a bit more, when a big brown rat slowly approached Vivian. She looked down at the rat with a small smile and placed her hand down in front of the rat allowing it to climb onto her.
It quickly ran up her hand and onto her lap, staring u at her with big black eyes. Rats were one of the few animals that would ever approached vampires, though no one was sure why. She gently stroked the rat with her hand and then it darted back to where it had come from. Vivian watched the rat and for a moment wondered if a rat would be good as a pet, but it probably wouldn't be much help.

Serenity spun around as the rat approached Vivian and sighed irritably, great and now this place was infested with rats, that was just what she needed. At least this one didn't have any viruses. "Vivian I'm sure there are dogs out there who would love to be around a Vampire." she said with a smile, "I'm sure with the wolf in you they would love to have a proper master." she said with a smile and tore up some rags and grabbed a pillow, "Here." she said lifting up Vivian's head and placing a pillow under it.

Vivian thought about it for a minute and shrugged. "Yeah, I guess maybe some would." She sighed, enjoying the comfort of the pillow Serenity gave her. SHe was silent for a moment then asked "So, what do we do now?" She wasn't sure what Serenity was planning to do, if she had anything planned, but she hoped staying in that house wasn't part of it.

Serenity found a needle and unwound some fishing wire from what seemed like a ceiling ornament. "Well I stitch up those bullet holes before you do anything else, and then as soon as I see you waking up later I let you go to sleep." she said with a smile, as she walked up next to her once again.
"I don't have any painkillers and I'm not going to look around here for them because the next rat that comes around may not be disease free." she said thinking out loud now and lacing the thread with one deft motion. "You ready?" she asked as sticking a needle in someone when they weren't ready was usually a bad idea.

Vivian eyed the needle nervously, shifting in her spot uncomfortably. She had always been skittish around needles, though she didn't really have any reason to be. She drummed her fingers against the floor and turned her head away. "Y..yeah.......I'm ready." she said in a shakey voice and quickly closed her eyes and began humming random songs to try and keep her mind off the needle.

Serenity smiled sadly and began to stitch the holes up quickly and efficiently. She could see what would heal badly so she used a stitch that healed almost without any scaring, "Almost done." she said after a moment having finished two of the three holes glad it wasn't a knife wound, those were worse to deal with.
"So what kind of dog did you want?" she asked as she finished up the last one. Stitching wasn't that difficult for the blond but doing it quickly was much harder for her, and she didn't want Vivian passing out from the pain. That would be considered bad.

Vivian gasped in pain as Serenity began stitching up the wounds. She clenched her jaw and her nails scraped the floor leaving behind deep scratches. She quietly whimpered in pain, wanting it to just be over with. She hated being this weak and it made it worse for her with Serenity there. As Serenity finished with the stitching Vivian sighed and lazily looked at Serenity. "I don't know." she said and quietly chuckled.
(i'm running out of ideas here XP)

((Me too unless you want to go get a dog now.)) Serenity rolled her eyes, "Ok let's start with this would you like a big or little dog?" she asked cleaning the needle and throwing it away. She ignored Vivian's gasps of pain knowing that she would probably be cursing everything and anything if their situations were reversed, well that and Vivian would have been able to carry the emerald eyed psychic without much trouble at all. She wasn't exactly heavy in her own right.

(.......-shrugs- sure why not though I'm not sure what kind of dog would be good for Vivian.)
Vivian thought about Serenity's question for a moment then said "I guess I'd go with a big dog. I've always found the smaller ones to be annoying." She glanced down at the now stitched up wounds and was happy she was able to heal quickly, the wound would be completely healed in a week or so. She leaned her head back against the pillow and once again felt a wave of drowsiness wash over her and she slowly fell asleep.

((... well I'm a cat person...)) "Well there's the different kinds of shepherds, very smart breeds as they go." Serenity smiled as Vivian began to fall asleep. Now that she could clearly see that Vivian was going to wake up she thought it was alright for her to slip into a deep sleep. She needed it. Times like this was why she spent the long hours to keep up her school work, duties as a half titan, and as a medium. The medical training was so useful out in the field. She hadn't actually even finished her last year of school. She had almost made it but she hadn't quite memorized everything that she needed to know to pass the final.
Most of her teachers really liked to have her as a student because she was able to understand every idea that was thrown at her with ease and how it was applied in the world outside a classroom. The fact that she knew a few homicidal villains and used her anatomy training frequently didn't help to change that fact. Although there was one big difference between her and them. Most of her teachers had done what they had for the glory.
She hadn't.
