The beach was something of a popular point - at least in warmer months. The water was cold now, and the beach was mostly abandoned as the cold wind whipped over the sand from the sea, even though it was mid-day. Kara pulled her scarf closer around her face, the purple of it matching well to her similarly colored jacket, and black pants. She had no intention to go into the sand - risking getting sand in her boots was not going to happen, ever. But the sidewalk around it was still interesting - a few stores were still open, though most of the pizza and icecream places that dotted every beach were closed for the 'slow' season. One would find the scene peaceful, and quiet - if they weren't Kara, at least.
"Announce your presence to these 'Titans' already, and take command, as is our right!" "No! Find the villains of this town and leave them begging for you to grant mercy! And then refuse them, HAW!" "No, no, the first goal of any aspiring hero is to inspire the masses before their fellows or villains - go and show off my talents to the people of this village!" "Why not just go back home and study for a bit - my talents would certainly be more useful in letting you decide what to do from now on." The bickering was constant, there was no point in time when they were all quiet, except when she had melded with one already. It was why she chose to stay on her own so often, and to spend time in her own spaces - she had many years of practice on when it was someone really talking to her and when it was the voices in her soul, but it was still sometimes hard to follow what people were saying, and keep track of them.

"We aren't doing any of that, I am taking some time for myself - gods, we just stopped a bank robbery, I'm tired a-" "And you clearly need to fix that little flaw, don't you? How are you to protect anyone if you're too tired after only a few minutes of us? And how else will you get better than by using us?" "For once, I agree with her - you make no effort to learn to handle us better! You just complain about it making you tired - do you know how many hours I had to train when I was King?" "You are acting like a spoiled child, a brat that I would not tolerat-"
The girl slammed her foot down angrily, as she rubbed her forehead, standing outside of the only pizza place that still seemed to be open, "Shut up, all of you! Stop agreeing with each other, it ma-" She bit her lip as she realized she had been yelling out loud, again, the few people walking the streets looking at her like she was a crazy person. "Fuck."
