Nella sighed, dipping the cups into the hot water streaming down. "I don't suppose I can get you to clean these, kitty" she half-asked, taking a sponge, which was suprisingly, or maybe not so surprisngly, clean, and dabbed a bit of nearly full dish soap on it.

"Afraid not," he said, watching. A loud rawr came from the game. "Why won't you die?!" Gama sighed. "He's fighting that dragon again..." Shaking his head, he jumped down to the floor.

He bring his own memory card?" she asked, finishing once cup, and setting it to the side, grabbing the second one. "Hey, can you check if we've got a stirring stick, or a sthingy for Xavier?" she asked the cat, pointing with her foot to a cupboard. "That is, if you can, what with no aposable thumbs and all."

The cat shrugged. "He always has the extra card." Gama stretched and looked at her. "Why me?" he grumbled, putting his ears back. He stared upward at her.

He stuck his tongue out. "I don't drink milk. Only Earth cats do that. I'm not from Earth, or haven't you noticed?" he asked sarcastically, swishing his shadowy tail, leaving a black mist to fade away after it.

"So I take it you aren't smart enough to get a sthingy out of a cupboard" she said, presenting the challenge to the cat, as she set the cup down, and went to look in the fridge, to see if she had fresh milk.

Gama hissed. "You can get it out by yourself," he told her. "Besides, aren't I your guest?" he asked, grinning.

"Alright, I can understand that you can't get a sthingy out of a cupboard," she said moving over to the cupboard. "No need to get defensive" and opened it, grabbing out just one sthingy, shutting the cupboard. And called. "What'd you want in your coffee again?" she asked. She talked quickly, but a natural quickness, with a Minnesotan type accent.
(the s'thingy is spo on)

"Milk and sugar!" came a reply followed by a splash from the came. "Dangit!" Gama sighed. "Ugh...."
