C'mon" she said, leading the way down the street, towards her apartment. It wouldn't be long until they reached, seeing as it was only a few blocks. "So... if you're... what you are, why waste time with a normal like me?" she asked, looking back, the rain not really bothering her.

Xavier was shielding his head from the rain with his arms. "Uhh..." He raised an eyebrow. "I don't know..." He gave up from trying to keep his head from getting wet and crossed his arms. "Why? Does it matter?" he asked, confused.

"Just wondering," she said, digging in her pockets for her keys, hoping she had grabbed them, which she had, after checking a few different pockets. She unlocked the door. "Forgive the mess, not exactly a home-keeper"

"You shoulda seen my room yesterday," he commented. Looking in, he shrugged. "Eh." A loud clap of thunder made him jump and hurry inside. She shook his head, water drops spraying from his drenched hair.

"Home sweet home" she said. Her appartment... Was a mess, clothes in random piles everywhere, her poor, poor table laden with half-washed dishes. Her kitchen blocked from view, just as her stairs her blocked by a couch.
In another part, sat a large-screen, but not plasma, tv, with a couch up against the wall, and an over-turned arm-chair, that if it were upright would face away from the tv. Several gaming console lay sprawled on the shelves of the entertainment system, with two racks of disorganized games and cd's. Controllers lay pushed up to the entertainment system so as no one would step on them.

"Why is the chair over-turned?" he asked. Gama came out of the shadows. He took a look around. "This place is a mess!" The cat sat on the ground and just stared. "Gama, did you forget how our place looked last week?" He sighed. "Never again..." was all the black cat said.

It's how I like to play First-person shooters, it's no fair to the others if I sit upright" she said, non-chalantly as if it were normal, sticking her tongue out at the cat, as she walked towards the kitched turning the corner into it. Though one could still see her, as there was a 'window' to the kitchen as well, which had its fair share of cups and glasses. "What do you like for your coffee, sugar? Milk?" she asked, as she pushed the button for it to start brewing.

He watched her go over, having second thoughts. "Uhh...Both." He walked over to the chair. "Mind if I play one of these?" he called. Without waiting for an answer, he pulled out a game, almost out of nowhere, and looked for a PS2. Finding one, he hooked it up, put the game in, turned it on, and sat upside-down in the chair with a controller. (the game was Okami. Love it~!)

Yeah, go ahead." she said, looking in the cupboards, and then with a dumbfounded expression, she bowed her heard, in distress, she HATED washing dishes, just ask Mr. Table. But, Coffee's worth it, she thought, as she turned on the water, pulling two dirty coffee mugs from the 'window' between the kitched and living room. Hearing the music, she commented "Okami?"

"Yup," he replied. The battle music started playing and he moaned. "Man! I ran into another demon scroll!" he complained. Loud thrashing sounds came from the speakers as he attacked. Gama appeared next to the sink. "He's obessed with that game," he said, laying, with his chin resting in hs paw.
