[/div][/span]
AGE: 17
GENDER: Male
TEAM:
SIDE: Neutral
OCCUPATION: Inventor/Merchant of Death
NATIONALITY: American
HISTORY:
As the threat of Lex Luthor became vividly clear to Cadmus they realized they needed someone who could perhaps outsmart him. This brought to mind the saying fight fire with fire in some of the minds of the scientists. With that a DNA sample from one Lex Luthor was promptly acquired by some of their sneakiest agents. The DNA sample was promptly combined with that of a female meta who happened to be a data materializer. Accelerated Aging was used to push him to become a teenager quicker, and massive amounts of information were downloaded into his brain directly.
By the time he was 8 years old he had the mental maturity to advise governments about politics, and finances. This was the assignment Cadmus put him on right away because they wanted him out of the field, but still useful. His advice earned Cadmus massive amounts of money because of how well it worked. As his age grew so too did his skills in other area, including inventing.
At the age of 17, James had finished his education at Cadmus. It was decided by the board of directors that he would be released, and allowed to keep all the connections he had forged during his stay at Cadmus. But he would have a mission he'd have to build up the real world experience to do. The mission is a quite simple one, eliminate one Lex Luthor. James was recently made to assist Jonathan in Jump City, and do something about Young Justice and the other team of heroes because they were simply too much for even a Red Lantern to handle.
FAMILY: Lex Luthor
Lana Luthor
Laura Luthor
Jeff Luthor
PERSONALITY:
James Luthor is an individual who is very smart intellectually all things considered. Typically most of the time he speaks with 20 dollar words, or more. This has often got him in trouble with Cadmus because people have a hard time understanding him. He's recently attempted to dial back his speech to reasonable levels. James is also a person who is somewhat of a workaholic, constantly pushing himself to do better. Obsessed with proving that he's his own individual and not connected to Lex Luthor, James is determined to prove he's his own Luthor, and make himself more than the sum of his parts. James happens to also not afraid of selling merchandise to criminals in order to better his own chances of survival because he knows he might need the criminal connections down the line. At the same time, he also sells supplies to law enforcement as well, but no one's ever caught on that he sells to both sides. Unlike his genetic donor, Jeff Luthor James is more willing to arm low level criminals with high grade weaponry than he should be. He's also willing to sell the same high grade weaponry to law enforcement in order to shift the balance of power in his favor, as they'll have to keep coming back to buy more equipment from him.

Science Marches On
and I'll use every bit of it to my advantage. [/div][/span]
BODY STRUCTURE: Fairly athletic, James stands at 5"5 and weighs about 210 lbs.
STYLE: Typically James dresses in a gray ensemble with a splash of red and white. The outfit is a hoodie, gray jeans, black combat boots, black fingerless gloves, and a set of goggles. A white tank top is also worn by him. Sometimes the hoodie is gone, replaced with a brown leather jacket.
PIERCINGS OR TATTOOS: N/A
COSTUME: The costume of James consists of a black and red body suit with armor plating in crucial areas, and a modified biker esque helmet that he wears to conceal his identity. The suit is lined with detoxified lead, and has a Force Field generator built right in.
ODDITIES: Gray Colored Eyes, Red Hair.
ABILITIES: James possesses a power called Data/Entertainment Materialization which allows him to materialize data from a lot of sources, including TV shows, comic books, and other sources of recreation, as well as raw data from the world wide web for his own personal use. James can also convert his body into code and use it as a means of traveling through machines to avoid capture. Furthermore he can download skills, like hand to hand combat, or exotic weapons, or how to pilot different kinds of vehicles, as well should he need to do so. Jeff's also a Genius in such fields such as robotics, and engineering.
CONTROL: 8
SIDE-AFFECTS: Binary code could be seen around his body when his power's in use.
WEAKNESSES: Where there is no technology his power will not work. Like for example if someone stranded him in the middle of a desert with no electronic devices, his power would be useless. James cannot build overly complex gadgets without the supplies to do so. James also afraid of certain members of the Titans, and Justice League, due to the powers they possess. Being trapped in a cave, or being wet could potentially short circuit his abilities such as converting himself to data, materializing data, or downloading skills directly from the internet.

INTRODUCTION: When a proximity sensor alerted him to the presence of a Kryptonian outside, Jeff put the Kryptonite in a lead lined box that would destroy it if anyone other than him who opened it. With that done, Jeff looked at the suit. Well there was no time like the present to test an over complicated piece of technology. Honestly he was not even sure if the suit would work, because without the Kryptonite it would have to rely on regular electricity. Given he was dealing with a Kryptonian, Jeff made sure to activate a certain feature in the armor. This was a device he'd been working on, a sort of radiation simulation device. It should give him an edge when dealing with a Kryptonian in case this one proved to be a villain, or simply wanted to smash up his warehouse/lab. With that in mind, Jeff strapped on the armor.
Finally he approached her, clad in the armor. Some people were idiots, especially when they ignored signs that were made for their protection. So he at last spoke out to her and said. "Did you not read the sign? It said Donot Enter, which meant stay out, which meant avoid entering the place the sign says to stay out of. In other words, the sign was for your own protection. Do you know how many days you have set me back on my work? Getting this suit operational now will take weeks, maybe months even with the Kryptonite. "
Jeff groaned, because he wanted to have this project finished soon. But then he noticed a certain ring on her finger. A ring that was gold, with an L emblazoned on it. According to Cadmus files that shouldn't exist, that ring was the symbol of the Legion of Superheroes. "The Kryptonite was the only power source I could find capable of providing the massive amounts of energy required to fuel the suit. If I hooked it up to the regular power grid, do you know what would happen Supergirl? I'd blow out all of Metropolis due to the energy consumption of the suit. Right now it's running on reserve power. Wait....you look like.....LIV from Liv and Maddie. Oh this is so epic. You....could earn me the money I need to get a proper energy source instead of using Kryptonite. "
