Serenity glared at the girl and skimmed over the plaque from where she stood, "Um even though I can't see what part in the future you have I can still.... oh...." she muttered after she read it over again, "It's you?" she asked amazed, "But how... that statue has been here since my mother....." she trailed off she didn't have to see the future to know she was right.

Its... me?" she asked, confused, not even sure if the statue did look at her, it'd explain why it looked familiar, but why would I be up there, when I'm here? she wondered in her thoughts, still trying to scrutinize the plaque. It was tough, when she couldn't even read mayan, her native language, let alone english. I shoud try to do one of those school things, she thought in her head. "how long have I... been around" she muttered silently, it barely making it to her own ears.

Serenity glanced back up at the other girl, "It doesn't say but I'd be guessing by the Mayan sybmols at least uh five thousand years at most and um two thousand years at least... But your not immortal... because Vandal Savage((Immortal supervillain in the DC universe)) is still seen in my visions sometimes." she said thoughtfully trying to figure out exactly what this girl was. "What are you?" she asked now slightly passed her fear and entering a state of curiosity.

Just... Some girl I guess..." She said just as silently, standing up straight, bringing herself to 5'7". She pushed her hair to the side, stifling a yawn. And um... "thank you" she said very quietly, quieter than her last one, and turned to stare right where Sorina is, but neither acknowledge or interacted, just stared.

Serenity followed the ancient girls gaze right to where Sorina was hovering, "Can you see her?" she asked in amazement, very few people could actually see spirits and even fewer could see ghosts. Serenity could see both but not many people could.

See who?" Sheikhan asked, turning away, to look at the statue again, something fluttering under her trench coat on her back again, just about where the statue's wings would come out of the body. "I just feel like something's watching me" she said, assuming a slouched position, as she yawned lightly.

Sorina shrugged, "Guess she's not a medium." Sorina said with a sigh, it was an uncommon skill but she had met a lot of powered people recently so it wouldn't suprise her to find someone with similar skills to herself.
Serenity shrugged, "See the spirit dove with me," she said with a thoughtful look.

Sheikhan slipped her arms out from the sleeves in the trench coat, letting it rest on her shoulders, freely. She tilted her head to one side, cracking the bones on it, then tilted it the other way for a likewise effect. Her eyes were dull red, matching her hair, and seemed to droop a little, the posture much different from the statue, who had assumed a proud standing.
"A spirit dove, huh?" she muttered in thought. "Didn't think those were smart enough" she continued, interrupting about at smart, with a yawn that brought a tear to her eye, which she wiped away.

Sorina was about to rush at Shelkhan when Serenity grabbed her tail feathers and pulled her back, "Why I aughta," Sorina growled under her breath. she was not impressed with this girl, no matter how old she was.
Serenity kept hold of Sorina's tail, "She's actually very intilligent she was taken out of her physical body when she was alive." she explained, "Her human body." she said to clarify.

I assume you're holding her back from /trying/ to hurt me" Sheikhan said, without a hint of a grin, as she egged the little bird on to attack. The jibe was obvious but it didn't lower the taunt any more.
(ok bad post, forgive me please)
