As Mathew kicked a door out of his way, he disintegrated it. He wondered why he didn't just decompose the steel door earlier, it just made more sense to blow it open at that time.
"Wow, kid you've got a hell of a kick." Stepping through the door frame, they could see out the front door, out into the street beyond. "Serenity, I found the way out!"

Serenity glanced at the people around her and pointed at the steel door, "People that way!" she yelled to them as Sorina changed direction and flew through people's heads to get to the door and begin to shout orders. "Two at a time and no shoving we'll get out of here." she said hoping that her words weren't cursing everyone in the building.
A small female scientist leaned against the wall and Serenity was helping her up before she could fall, "I'm going to get you outside alright," she said not blinking as the scientist gawked at the mark on her forehead and how she was moving as though she was hurt. "Thanks." she murmured.[/size]

Of course, being in the front, Matty and the other two were the first to make it outside. The people behind him all paniced and pushed to the front as they saw the light outside. They certainly didn't go two at a time. As soon as Matty got outside, Firemen came rushing to him, inspecting the three for injury.
"Let go of me! Im fine, take care of him, he's the one who's burnt. I need to go help Serenity." He turned to go back into the fire, but a one of the firemen had grabbed him by the shoulders.
"What, are you crazy, kid? You're going to get yourself killed!"

Serenity stepped out of the building in the middle of the crowd of scientists with the redhead limping along beside her. "Matt I can take care of myself and please sir's you didn't stop him last time he ran into the building and he came out with the people you were supposed to help so stop lecturing him." she said and handed over the woman to the firemen, "She has a sprained ankle please get that looked at." she said as the last of the people rushed out of the burning building. She winced at the pain in her body and began to rub her forehead in slow circles. She hated this side effect of seeing the future.[/size]

Tian noticed Kura turned back to the bulding. "When I catch him..." she growled, changing into a larger red dragon and jumping into the air. She glided over the trees, flapping every once in a while. When she got back to the building, she hovered above the trees near the edge, most of the people staring at her. She lande, changing back to normal. Spotting Kura leaning on a truck, she changed into a smallish dragon. It was a little taller then a human. Growling she stalked over. "Kura! Get over here. NOW!" she roared.

Why did Tian have to be so fond of the humans? Kura felt like banging his head on the firetruck, seeing that she hadn't seen fit to disguise herself before going into the city. Sightings of dragons were sure to hit the front page of every paper.
"There's no time Tian! I have to go look for other survivors!" Kura dived through a window, breaking it as he entered.
"There goes another one. I'm sure as hell not going in after that idiot." one of the firemen said, as he continued to hose down the building.
The building felt comfortably warm to Kura as he entered. How he was going to convince her it wasn't him, he didn't know; but it helped that the scientists recognized him as a terrorist with a flame thrower as opposed to a fire breathing dragon. Dressing like a human and covering your face had such benefits.
As the fire grew in intensity, his clothes burned off, revealing his blue dragonlike figure. If only she couldn't discern smells it would have been an effective trick.

Tian growled and ran in after him as a small volcano dragon so she could dodge things better. She ran through the flames looking for him for a few minutes before almost running into him. Running around him, she skidded, turning around as she slid. "Stop running and talk to me! Why'd you do this?"

"What? Are you insane? I didn't do this!" Kura said, incredulous. "look for the others!" he turned to run around her.

"Kura, don't lie to me. There's claw marks everywhere, along with your scent," she said, running after him. She changed back to her normal form. She grabbed his arm and stopped him. She had an angry andupset look on her face.
