"Anyways, there are different techniques for dealing with solids liquids and gases; thats the physical part. The mental part is where the specifics of how the substance is changing come in."

Serenity smiled softly at Matt as he said his piece, she was glad that he didn't think she was using him or anything and was about to say something when he changed the subject. That she didn't really say anything about, she knew most people, males in particular didn't like being emotional. For some reason it didn't compute with the codes of masculinity. Why boys were such idiots she would never know.
She respected his change of subject and didn't call him on it, "So how would you change air into water, or is that even possible to change a gas to a liquid?" she asked and put her notebook on her lap.[/size]

((Well the boys who try to be popular are idiots as they just act like freaks all the other guys are ok, it's the same with girls actually but we're more catty. Very irritating. And don't worry about the post I'm the queen of lazy ^^))

Serenity smiled at him tentatively, "Well I guess seeing the future is like um, using your nose," she said realizing the good comparison as she said it, "You can actively search for the right sent or you can stick you head in the sand and avoid it, but if something is strong enough your going to really see it." she said thoughtfully. "I use it as mostly a passive skill, but others search the future more than I do." she said thoughtfully. "As for seeing spirits that's strait forward, I can interact with them if they want or they can chose to ignore me, but they have to think about being able to move through me unlike most people." she explained.[/size]

Matty pushed the mental image of serenity going around smelling people out of his head, though the thought amused him greatly. He nodded as she spoke, and was glad she was able to describe her power so well.
"I know I said that I didn't want to see my future, but seeing as Ive had a string of good days, I feel ready now" this seemed to come out of the blue, but it was something he had been thinking about.

Serenity frowned as she glanced into Matty's future, "Well it should clean up, at least your not on anything as far as I can tell." she said her eyes still glazed over and the maroon symbol still etched into place, "Your running from someone, I can't tell who but your running," she said and tried to get a more positive read on who it is, "The car keeps switching between a police car and a normal car... It could be either." she said softly, "I think it's a divergence, in one you have a communicator on your belt, and in the other it's a bag of something," she said letting him figure out which one was which, "I just pulled you into a building, I think that's a constant." she muttered and let the scene play out, "Sorina's distracting whoever it is while we get out the back." she said and her eyes refocused on Matty, "I lost it," she said rubbing her shoulder. "So...." she said her emerald eyes fixated on Mathews blue ones.[/size]
