<<OOC Don't read this if you are sensitive to literary gore>> The tall, scrauny man known by many as reaper, wore his normal clothing. This consisted of a seemingly oversized heavy black cloak with the hood over his head, with his sythe resting over his shoulder. He simply stood in place, waiting patiently, under the shelter of a tree. Even though it was night, he chose to stay hidden from the moonlight. Beyond the asphalt path in front of him lay the fenced boundaries of the park, and beyond that a road.
Within a few minutes of standing motionless, Canas caught sight of what he was waiting for. It was a late night jogger, a young male of medium build, about 24 years in age. Canas hadn't really meant to target this particular man, though he generally killed on impulse, he had plans for this man. Before the man could pass, Canas stepped out from under the tree, turned right and began walking slowly in the opposite direction. As the man passed him, he suddenly collapsed. Canas didn't even look back after the man fell from his touch.
After disemboweling the man, he began his masterpiece. The leaves of the tree were painted red from the mans blood. The legs were removed and and stuck in the ground. after removing the eyes and many organs, he entangled them in the branches (he kept the eyes) He hung the torso upside down from the tree, by his intestine. Upon completion, he stepped back and basked in the 'beauty' of his creation.

Suddenly, a voice from behind Canas said, "Wow. That's quite a work........Of something. I'm not sure I call it art, but, hey, my father's a clown, not a demented macabre artist. Although, then again, I guess everyone has their opinion, no matter how boring or gray it is...."

Canas didn't turn around to face the man. He kept his eyes on his creation as he cleaned off his scythe on his robes. "Yes, one would say it is quite beautiful. That is, an exceptional person would. Many would find a creation such as this-" Canas held his free hand forward and the head started speaking in tongues softly and the eyes glowed like a black light. "-quite terrifying. This city has many such exceptional people. People I cannot consume in my darkness. You must be one of them."
As Canas spoke the last line he spun around on his right foot to face the stranger. Even though he had decided to keep 'exceptional' people alive, his instincts were to kill. He still had to suppress that habit of indiscriminate murder. That was the case here. "What is it that has brought you here, stranger?"

Chuckling, Wildcard said, "Well, I have my own sadistic ideas, thank you very much. As for who I am......" Suddenly, a playing card appeared in his hand, as though it had been teleported from somewhere else. "I'm Wildcard. Son of the Joker. Although, from the way you seem, you look like.....Well, how should I put this? Like a guy who's been under a rock for a LOOOOONGG TIMMMEEE."

((Lol I'm throwing Serenity to the dogs/clowns/villains lol))
Serenity walked between the trees where she could hear the two talking. She thought as she lived with a hero she might talk to a couple of villains. Sorina was squawking in her ear to go back home already, and something else about having homework. "Be quiet would you I'm pretty sure they won't kill me." she said walking up to the other two and waved at them, "Hi I'm Serenity, it's nice to meet you." she said brightly and Sorina sighed irritably.

Canas' mind wandered on the fact that he did indeed live in a stone tomb. He didn't get out much. Although, even he knew who the joker was. Truly inspirational fellow. Canas pulled his hood off so he could look Wildcard eye to eye. His solid black eyes had a sort of psychological effect, as if he were truly looking into the depths of the victims soul. "I suppose I should tell you who I am then. I am the manifestation of darkness. I am the stuff of nightmares. Death itself bows to me, for I am its master. I am Canas." >>I know, his ego is out of control.<<
At about this time he caught a second introduction, that of a younger gal, Serenity. It was a mere child to his eyes, and he had little patience for her. His head tilted slightly, and his head turned to her, almost mechanically. "What do you want?" He asked harshly, his lip caught in an ugly snarl.

Serenity frowned at the Master of Death who she was very much not impressed with. Sorina was still yelling at her to leave and Serenity was almost at the point to taping her mouth shut.
Sorina was scared of this Canas even though he couldn't do any damage to her as she was already dead, she could see that this was a person not to be messed with. But all she could do was whisper warnings in Serenitys ear to try to stop her. Sometimes she hated being a spirit.
Serenity finally decided to swat Sorina away from her ear so she could think and answered Canas calmly, "I was here to have a nice conversation but as you are so busy talking with mini-joker here, now I'm not so sure."

Wildcard twitched and turned toward Serenity. "MINI-Joker? Why don't you just stop talking, before you get a nice little scar across your mouth? I may be like him in various ways, but, what makes you think I'm THAT much like my father, who's obsessed with Mr. Dark Knight?"

>>OoC Im sure that the mans soul would be an earthbound spirit as canas defiled his body, if you wanted to communicate or use him that would be cool<<
"You've over extended the welcome you assumed. You should have left, but you annoy me. You are a pest, and pests need to be eradicated. You are more use to me dead, anyways." He realized that there were not many dead bodies to manipulate, save for his creation, and he did not want to tap into that resource. He had to summon somthing, and summoning recuired flesh sacrifice. It would have to be small. Canas cut open his left hand with the scythe cleanly and black blood oozed out so thickly and slowly one would wonder if he had a pulse. He reopened a scar from when he had summoned last. He began by drawing a pentagram-like symbol in the dirt with his blood.

((^.^ that was exactly what I was thinking )) Sorina was squawking profanity's in Serenity's ear, and Serenity almost decided to swat her away. Screams of fear were very annoying when she was trying to locate a spirit. "Number one Sorina Shut up would you, and Wildcard, and yes I do know your name, I know perfectly well who you are, and I'm sorry if I offended you- SORINA SHUT THAT BEAK OF YOURS!- sorry she's a very irritating spirit sometimes. But I was actually looking for a, oh there he is." she pointed over behind where all three of them were standing to the spirit of the man Canas had just killed.
Sorina pecked Serenity's ear in alarm, "Serenity," she began in a hushed whisper, "Do we really have to prevent him from becoming a vengeful spirit? I mean couldn't we do it later?" she asked keeping her eyes on the other two.
Serenity turned to glare at the dove on her shoulder, although from the perspective of someone who can't see ghosts it would look like she was glaring at the park bench. "Yes we do, I'd rather not have a vengeful spirit raging around down town." she said irritably and walked over to the spirit of the dead man, "Hi I'm Serenity," and then she gestured to the dove on her shoulder, "And this is Sorina, we're here to help you come to terms with your death."
The spirit was glaring at his own torn apart body and what he meant didn't need words, "Ok sorry murder. As I'm sure you know, that is Canas." she said in a surprisingly pleasant voice, "And that over there is Wildcard. I'm sure if you talk they could probably hear you." she said in a very shrink-like way.((How about we all RP the spirit because it would be awkward only to have one person do it))
