The Night Life

Serenity was in the back drinking her mountain dew. She had only just arrived as the doctors had taken forever to set her broken ribs. She didn't get the big deal they were ribs. "Well she's doing well." she said to the Dove hovering over her shoulder.

Sorina nodded and glared at Nella, she didn't trust her farther than she could throw her... which wasn't far.

The blond's emerald eyes shifted to Sorina and then back to Nella, "Lighten up would you. Yes she's lying to us, you lie on a daily basis to me," she said and before Sorina could retaliate, "Yes your a crappy liar get over it."

Sorina ruffled her feathers and spotted another familiar face in the croud, "Hey isn't that Green?" she asked using her wing to point to the back of his head.

Serenity nodded and stood up, "Well I should say hello." she said with a sigh, she was lazy and didn't really want to go crowd weaving today. "Well come on." she said waving to the spirit.

Serenity made quick work of the crowd and followed the titans gaze, "She's good isn't she." she said and took another sip of her soda.[/size]

Irazehl jumped as the voice was right in his ear. He had let his guard down in the screaming crowd and was snuck up on. "Amazing, I got chills." He held out his arm, which was covered in goosebumps. Only now did he see it was serenity. "Hey, serenity." He nodded in a friendly acknowleging manner, then his eyes were sucked back onstage like... like... um... like some kind of thing that you cant take your eyes off of.

Serenity smiled and rolled her eyes at the delayed hello, "Right back at cha." she said and glanced around them, "So what brings you here," she said with a sideways glance at the green thumbed ninja. She wouldn't have suspected him to be the type to be at the roundhouse. She often came because she liked researching teenage drinking and how it effected the mind. She didn't know what Irazehl's excuse was.[/size]

"Oh, I have a friend in the band" he said, pointing to aereno, who was playing the keyboard. "On the keyboard, her name is nella."

Serenity nodded her emerald eyes glancing up at the girl suspiciously, "Yeah she's doing really well for having a massive concussion." she said her mistrust not making it into her voice but it glinted slightly in her eyes. She sometimes hated her eyes as they always gave a lot away.[/size]

"The darkness Reigns" Chione said in a dark, even tone.
"The blight's domains" He continued.
"The courage flares" Nella said.
"The Heart will Break" Ariel said. All of their tones were dark, and mysterious, maybe a little help to give their voices the creepier goth style to it, but it was mostly them.

"Come on, COME ON" Ariel sang.
"Get on GET ON"
"Many fall"
Little rise"
"so many die
"so little live" Her voice still had the darkness to it, behind it, but rather than a flat emotionless, her voice now spoke compassion behind it.

And then the piano kicked in, holding a pipe organ like sound to it, adding to the creepy vibe behind it.

"The greatness
The failure
THe heat
THe cold" spoke Chione as he rendered his own guitar in

"The clash of the fallen
The departed ones.
The angel of Death
Has no souls to reap" Spoke Ariel.

(insert creepy guitar solo here)

"Ah!!!!!" cried Ariel in a descending tone from high to low, as the drums finally kicked up adding a beat to it

(K, I ran out of things to say, imagine a description of a deathly battle or something, with creepy pipe-organ and guitar tracks, with the underlying beat of the drums sounding like war drums, it's not fast nor is it slow)

Irazehl turned and looked back at her with a confused look. "She has a concussion? How do you know that? oh, wait thats right, you know everything." he said that seriously, she DID know things no one else did "Hey dude thats not cool!" A skinny teenage boy in grungy street attire ran into him, looking confused and reaching out to try and touch the amps.

Matty didn't exactly know how he got back into the roundhouse, but it probably had something to do with those shrooms he took. He wandered through the cartoon-like glowy people, trying to get to the source of that racket. It was way too loud for his tastes in there. When he made it to the front, he found the music. It was so beautiful, it was buzzing out of the amps in colorful streams. He wanted to touch it. Some guy was in the way though, saying something he couldn't really hear over the music.

Serenity nodded, "Yeah well I saw her in the ER, she had a concussion and I had a few broken ribs." she said and gestured to her side. "I got run over by a human truck." she said with an irritated huff.

Sorina spotted Matty before Serenity did and did what she had been dieing to do for a while and pecked her in the side of the head as though she was a woodpecker, "Hey Mathew's here." she said just as Serenity went to slap her.

Serenity's hand stopped in mid air as she spun around to spot Mathew, "Matty!" she called over to him, it was great to see another familiar face, especially this one but she wasn't about to say that out loud.[/size]

Matty wasn't in the best of conditions. He was trying to catch the sound much like a child trys to catch fireflys. When he opened his hand though, the color was gone. "Who is that?" He turned his head when someone called his name.
"SASQUATCH!!! I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE SO AWESOME!!!" (tenacious d reference) he ran straight past Serenity and hugged a moderatly hairy and very confused stranger. After being pushed off,he spun around, his dreads spinning and slapping him in the face.
"How did all the tentacles get here?" he started playing with his dreads apparently very amused.

Serenity's eyes widened in shock as she realized that Matty was defiantly high on something and his future was a total blur, his mind was no longer processing reality so she had no idea what his future would be. An "oh shit" face made it onto her features as she excused herself from the titan she had been talking too. She had no idea if she did it politely or not as she really wasn't paying that much attention.

Sorina's eyes widened in shock as she saw only the back of Serenity as she quickly made work of the crowd and grabbed Matt's arm. "Matt you need to sit down." she said in what Sorina thought was a slightly unsteady voice.[/size]
