I saw that.." Rena said, acting as if she were out of the loop, in a joke format, pointing out the look Shift had given Bane, "You want to double team me" She muttered, not really caring. "And on a more serious note,

Do you /really/ think those who think in two dimensions, or even 3 dimensions, can find my bombs?" She said, slipping the two buttons onto straps on her wrists, while sliding one foot back a little, preparing herself for a fight, that even without her precog, she could basically see coming. "You should know that all too well. How long was it, before they declared me dead when I didn't want to be found for those 2 years?" she asked.

Serenity knew the general area of the bombs, she could see them going off and saw the damage that it was causing the town, although her visions were focused on the spirits that came and haunted the town afterwords.

The blond was hoping to avoid that event in time altogether. "Well I'm sure you want to grace us with the answer." Serenity said sarcastically with a roll of her emerald eyes. The fact is that she would actually really like Rena if it wasn't for the fact that she was constantly catching people in her collateral damage. That was what the psychic called make work... well for mediums anyway.

Sorina listened closely to the conversation trying to find some hint as to where the bombs might be. It wasn't like Blacklist could make life easy for the good guys but honestly why would you do that anyway?[/size]

"Three months. You should know that - I'm surprised you asked.", Shift answered, fighting to keep her tone level and her annoyance down to a tolerable level as the sunglasses-wearing teleporter brought up old memories. "You were a Titan - and a wanted criminal." The shape shifter paused, glancing at Bane and Serenity this time only to cement the fact she was not the only Titan in the room that time. "I guess some things never change."

Then she fell silent, warily keeping an eye on the teleporter. Maybe Serenity's unique relationship with the Rena would help. The blonde didn't seem to care that the other girl was on the opposite side of the law, and Athena wasn't even sure the precog knew why Rena was on that side.

3 months before they gave up and thought me dead." She said, reaching up to remove the sunglasses. Her inky eyes, black irises indistinguishiable from her pupils, wiht no reflecting light. "I wonder how long it'll take to find the bombs." She said, pocketing the sunglasses.

"You know Athena, You give me too much credit." She said.

Serenity raised an eyebrow, "Well she doesn't give you to much because I have spirits out there searching for them and they haven't found them yet." she said and tilted her head to the side. "If you want I can give you an estimate. But hopefully you won't make my job any harder than it needs to be and create more spirits for me to help. Helping spirits although it may sound fun really isn't." she said with an aloof air about her speech.[/size]

Puzzled over Rena's saying she gave her too much credit - the teleporter, to Shift, had never been one to shy away from praise, or to decapricate herself - Athena merely waited while Serenity talked. She had spirits out looking for the bombs still, then; that was good. Extra help never hurt, even if it was from the undead and invisible. Lord knows the police nor the Titans had found any of the bombs yet, and they'd been looking when patrols or crimes hadn't gotten in the way.

"Get out, Rena. You've caused enough trouble for us.", demanded Shift, striding forward. The teleporter could go anywhere, a fact in which the long-haired villianess seemed to revel in, and one that caused no end of frustration to the peirced, furry leader.

Athena, Athena, Athena. I'm going to stop teasing you and show you something" She said, cracking her fingers. "You know that I can see the future now, thanks to the lovely girl over there" pointing to Serenity, who had accused Rena of being a pre-cog like herself.

And she disappeared. That was that, she was there one moment, and the next she was gone. As if she had become invisible. But as instantaneously as she had disappeared, a silent 'whoosh' of air was heard behind Shift. "I can do a great many more things than just that." She said, having appeared, as soon as she had disappeared, behind Athena, maybe 2 feet.

Shift was startled at the fast pace of Rena's teleportation, and the close proximity to herself, but otherwise unaffect. Turning to face her long-haired rival, the green teenager rolled her eyes, unimpressed. "I know you can teleport, Rena. That isn't a surprise.", Athena stated, glancing towards Serenity and Bane, and hoping the two would be ready to help her if whatever Rena planned to show her got dangerous.

And knowing the Titan-turned-villian as she did, Athena was willing to be her communicator that whatever new trick the other girl had pulled out of her hat was going to be dangerous, even if it was initially harmless.

Y'know, these things really are quite amazing" Rena said, stepping back, not willing to stay so close to Athena, flipping open Athena's communicator, and tapping a few button. "So much memory, decent battery life, and can last for years without tune-ups, not to mention up to 5 frequency's with up to 6 different all way chats. Mind telling me how to make one of them? I'd sure love to know"

As she was tapping, a beeping noise sounded as she bested the security system, using a computer language she had put great efforts into learning. "Ooohh... You've got bio's on each titan" she said, her eyes lighting up... As a figure of speech.

Normally a dark colored green, Shift turned pale green - or, at least, her face did - when she paled. For some reason, the Titan clutched at the spot where her communicator usually hung (at her hip, clipped on) as if she still expected the thing to be there. Eyes darting to meet Rena's, head whipping back up, the shape shifter scowled and prayed that Bane and Serenity wouldn't immediately blab that secret of hers to the other Titans. She expected them to pissed about it - she would have been - but to at least wait until this little episode was over to chew her green hide out about it.

"Give me that back, Rena.", Shift said, her words slow and solid - not the usual loud and growling her tone was when very angry. This anger was more calculated; less ruled by emotion than by sheer logical need. If not for the communicator itself, at least to destroy it. "You don't need that - and it's not complete, anyways, so it wouldn't help you.", Shift added, fibbing a little and hoping it worked. Actually, she was pretty sure it was complete, at least according to what she knew from the other Titan's own admissions, and from what she had been able to gather.
