"Ah!" she said, taking the controller back from him. "not that one, that's got like no batteries left, any others are good to go though" she said, a bit apologetically. "And yeah, it's pretty much like that, Imagine it like you're the last survivors of some apocalypse, you keep going against wave after wave of aliens till you die." she said, putting the game in, turning on one of her controllers.

"Sounds killer" Irazehl said as the main screen came up. He was glad he got to kill aliens instead of her. He picked up a new controller and pressed the Xbox button to see if it was available, and the lights lit up in a circle as he was assigned player two. "Alright, can we do this on heroic?"

Heroic? Sure!" She said, glad to have Green as a friend, they didn't have to start off on something like easy then, or even normal. She switched the difficulty over, from normal, which was what it came up on everytime, atleast for the advanced copy, and moved it to Heroic.
(Do you known the firefight maps?)

<<I have ODST, pick one and I will check it out>> Irazehl was glad she had agreed to stoop down to heroic. He had been training on legendary to try and get better, but though he had seen great improvement, legendary still kicked his ass hardcore. He had a problem with keeping his head down because he was used to dodging bullets and not getting hit. "Gnarley, just pick any map you want, I have no Idea what each looks like. I actually haven't gotten a chance to play this yet" He said as he signed in as ALL THE JEWZ. It was funny in versus when he got killed. He prayed that someday he got killed by someone who's gamertag was Hitler, but for obvious reasons, that was unlikely. The joke had worn thin over time.

Nella smiled, moving to (insert generic map here) and set it to start up.
"So, You get any better at FPS's since last time we played?" Nella asked, tapping the side of her controller, in time with the beeping of the 3...2...1... of the countdown.

"Ha! You should know! You are the only person I play household video games. Im competent, but not insanely good, you know." Green said, swiveling his right joystick around to look for the first wave as he found some cover. They were already given the higher ground, so that was a plus. The site was like a pavilion in a city. No aliens had appeared yet and Irazehl wondered if they would just spawn or come down in dropships.

"Really? I'm the only one you play console games with?" Nella asked with a smile, not bothering to assumed her usual game stance, which was sitting in the upturned chair, as if it were actually upright, and view the screen upside down.
"I guess I should feel honoured, huh?" she half-asked, crouching below a pillar, planning on using the turret stationed just near her, overlooking the rest of the map, and where the first drop-ships would drop grunts and jackals.

"well duh, you're the only person who has CONVINCED me to to play console games!" Irazehl had been rather comfortable in his own little world at arcades, and had not payed much attention to gaming media until he had found her to be a competent gamer. Beyond competent, she was his equal. " Irazehl didn't pay much mind to her playing upside down, though he wondered if she inverted her controls to accomidate the change. From his experience, getting behind a turret made you a huge target and you died quickly. The only strategical application would be mowing them down as they get off dropships them detaching as soon as they return fire. The turret provided a big punch, but irazehl preferrred precision weapons, so switched to BR from AR. He scoped into a clearing where he figured the dropship would appear. He didn't see the covenant ship until it was 2 seconds from landing.

She stayed behind the turret only long enough to just kill 4 of them, before she hopped off out of the way of a plasma grenade thrown at her.
"I think that's bull, you learn too quick to have just started playing with me, You'd have to have more than just the arcade" Nella said, ducking behind the pillar again, waiting for shots to die down, she was the really conservative defensive type of player.

Irazehl didn't know what to say. "Uh...thanks?" He didn't have a choice but to take that as a compliment; videogames came naturally to him. He began sniping grunts from a position to the left of Nella. It was easy to kill the grunts with one quick headshot, but jackals you had to shoot in the hand first. A few brutes were headed up the stairs, but he didn't pay much mind to them; Nella was the one with all the firepower. If they made it up, he could always switch back to AR. He ducked, his rifle poking over some sort of barrel thing.
