Serenity wished that green hadn't stepped in the way, this creature was really asking for it and she would have punched her in the face, granted that she couldn't actually fight very well but she could throw a strong punch. "Just be glad that that spirit who's connection to humanity you severed wasn't older. Most spirits don't break down into tears." she said her simple warning came off more as a threat with the mood she was in.[/size]

Vivian bursted out laughing in Green's face and said "Wow you're easy to get mad aren't you? I may be a vampire but, I'm not a monster." She slowly walked around the two another flash of lightning lit up the sky. Vivian looked up to the sky and for a moment her face seemed sad and a bit lonely, but it barely lasted a second. She looked back to Green and Serenity and smiled. She took a deep breath and a strange scent filled her nose. She stopped and looked around and sniffed the air. It smelled like smoke, but where would smoke be coming from.
She tilted her head from side to side trying to see if she could hear anything. After a few moments she picked up the sound of yells and screams. She hurried over to the edge of the alleyway and looked around. She didn't see anything, but the smell was stronger. Vivian quickly followed the smell and ran down the sidewalk. When she turned the corner she that a small apartment was on fire. People gathered around the building, just watching it, only a few were yelling. It didn't seem like anyone was hurt or still in the building and Vivian slowly made her way across the street to watch.

Irazehl gave up trying to keep up with what serenity was talking about. Without the ability to actually see what she was dealing with, it was hard to figure her out.
Green discarded ber comment about not being a monster to the back of his mind; thats all she was in his eyes. 'what's she planning' he thought silently as he watched her strange behavior. As she bounded off unexplainedly, he chased after.

Serenity sniffed the smoke a second before the others ran off and swore angrily, where was Sorina when she needed her, "Green, the building's on fire." she yelled at the other Titan as she glared at Vivian as she passed, not only was that thing so flippant about the dead but even though she possessed the ability to help the people still trapped in the building she stood there and watched.
She turned her glare to the burning building and raced inside. The building wouldn't be consumed for another three minutes and that was about as much time as she had to try to get the child out of the apartment. The child had shut his door which was good and bad for her. It meant she would have to find something to break in the door and it also reduced the flames in his room. She only wished that she was faster.[/size]

Vivian watch as the apartment slowly became completely engulfed in flames. Almost everyone was on the phone either calling the fire department or their friends or family. But, there was one lady who was running around screaming "TIMOTHY!! TIMOTHY!! HAS ANYONE SEEN MY BOY!?!" Vivian watched the lady as she continued to scream and looked back to the building. She closed her eyes and tried to focus on the burning building.
Her eyes shot open as she heard the sound of a boy crying. She pushed her way through the crowd and when she got to the front of the crowd she looked at the building. There didn't seem to be any real way to get in without going through flames and the front entrance was about to collapse. She quickly ran up to the building and got through just as the doorway collapsed.

"I... HATE...fire" Irazehl breathed out. They had just dealt with a fire the other week and he felt helpless during such events. At least the still heavy rain was going to weaken it. He would just have to wait and see what happened.
(short post, I know, I cant think of anything to say and didn't feel like explaining his dislike of fire again. If you want refer to FIRE! at research facility)

Vivian raced into the room just as Serenity got there. Serenity looked like she wasn't sure what to do and Vivian quickly pushed her to the side. Vivian then used her strength to ripped the door open. The little boy was sitting in the corner of the room with a blanket wrapped around him. He was whimpering and crying as Vivian approached him. Then Vivian said in a soft calming voice she never used "Hey it's going to be ok, alright? Just come with me and I'll........" she looked over at Serenity and continued,"We'll get you out of here." The little boy looked up at her and slowly nodded hi s head.
Vivian carefully picked him up and walked over to Serenity."Let's get out of here." she said in her regular voice. She slowly walked through the building with the boy still whimpering into her shoulder and keep checking that Serenity was behind her. Suddenly a loud crack came from above them, a piece of wood was starting to fall apart and she handed the boy to Serenity and said "Take him right now!" The wood was going to fall, she could tell and she needed t make sure Serenity and the boy got out.

Serenity shook her head, no matter what the other girl may think of her she knew that was not the safest way to get the child out of the devastator zone, "No that will get the him killed." she said trying to find a way out of the building for herself, "Your going to have to take him out the window, it's the safest way for him." she said her mind racing to find the correct decision that would save her own life. "And don't argue with me I don't have time for that." she said irritably seeing that as a possible future, not one that would happen but one that might.[/size]

Vivian looked at Serenity and asked "Well what about you?" But Serenity was right there wasn't any time to argue. The ceiling above them had burned away it's restraints and was falling. Vivian quickly shoved the kid into Serenity's arms and pushed them both to the floor. She then used herself as a wall and blocked the burning pieces of wood from touching Serenity and the boy. Thankfully her inhuman strength was enough to hold the wood, but the fire burned her skin. "GET OUT OF HERE!!" screamed Vivian as she tried to push the wood off of her back. The pain was unbearable, but she wasn't going to let either one of them die.

Serenity wished she could have hit Vivian at that point, "Idiot I see the future there is no way out of here right now." she growled waiting for the firemen to show up and free up an exit for them, "The firemen who will be here in another twenty seconds is what's going to save our lives." she said not taking it well to being bossed around for a change.
That was when a flash of white feathers showed up, "Your late." Serenity said to the dove.
Sorina rolled her eyes, "So no way out I'm getting the firemen?" she asked having guessed what was going on, she almost wished that she could help Vivian out then, the teen didn't deserve what was happening to her not now or ever.[/size]
