"Alright that's it then... no, i not saying you're fake name is stupid its just..." He pulled the phone away from his ear and rolled his eyes."yeah, whatever. bye...BYE." He flipped his phone closed and stared at the wall, shaking his head dissapprovingly. Zack was a burn out case and also happened to be one of his customers.

Serenity let a grin slip across her face, "Ok so I have to know," she said ominousnessly, "How did you know Motomaki is Japanese rather than Chinese?" she asked with a smile. She was going to get an answer out of him if she had to ring it out of him. "And why be so hard on him?" she asked with a soft smile. She had stopped listening to the last bit of the conversation so she actually didn't know why he was pissed off at Zack or Motomaki or whatever else he wanted to be called.

"Well chinese names sound more... they have more of a flow to them, like Shen An Huang, or something like that; it might as well be a poem. But on the other end, Rem Osaku Motomaki? Japanese." As he spoke the names, he gave a decent oriental accent of both. "This guy is such a burnout case, its hard to get him to focus. If only you could hear the other end." He chuckled brightly as ussual, before doing an impression of zack. "you know, like, the walls just like the floor only sideways"Mathew completed the impression with a gasp like he had discovered a great truth.

Serenity nodded in acceptance of the rules of the different languages. It actually made some sense that they would both be very different. That much made a lot of sense but how Matt had gained such a good accent in both of the different languages was a mystery to her. She pushed her hair behind her ears and openly laughed as Matt did a very close impersonation of his "friend" "That sounded just like him." she said with a smile and pushed the stray strands of blond hair back behind her ear. It had been a battle she had been fighting with her hair as long as she could remember and her hair was still winning. There would probably be a point where she finally gave up but that wasn't today.

"You know him? Oh wait you probably meet him later on... oh, great, that means he's delivering. $10 says he trys to bum pot off me when he- nevermind, never gamble with someone who can see into the future." Matty said sighing. "Oh, well. At least you get to see what I have to work with. I'm going to go make some drinks, want to come with?" Matty said, reaching for a small plastic box on his bookshelf filled with index cards.

Serenity grinned up at Matty as he almost put two and two together, "I don't personally know him, I was just listening to both halves of your phone conversation." she said with a grin. She would love to drive this other guy nuts. It was the kind of thing she did in her spare time but usually that was for her psychology papers. Although it was usually a lot more fun than she was going to admit to her teachers.
She smiled thankfully at Matt, "Yeah I can't wait to see exactly how you make these." she said with a soft smile playing across her lips.

"Alright, let's see... whats your favorite kind of soda?" Mathew asked brightly as he tucked the plastic container under his arm. He opened a cabinet and pulled out a sort of pitcher you might serve lemonade in. He guestured for her to come with him into the kitchen.

Serenity turned her emerald eyes away from Matt before responding, "Um, Mountain dew." she said as she blushed and crossed her legs to hide the green stain on her white pants from earlier. She loved the soda, most would say she was addicted to it, but she didn't really enjoy wearing it.
That was when she heard the slight scratching sounds of something being pulled out of a cupboard and glanced into the future to see what it was. Of course. It was really a nice pitcher. She wasn't exactly sure she wanted to know how he got it though.

"I actually kinda figured, what with the stain and all." Mathew smiled crookedly, hoping she wouldn't worry about it all too much. The only reason he noticed it was because she had been fumbling to cover it. Unlike his personal favorite, dr. pepper, Mt. Dew was very easy to make, so said the index card he pulled out of the container which had the ingrediants for the soda. He wouldn't even have to make seperate ingredients, he could just make it in three easy steps. As he was washing his hands he noticed she was looking at his glass pitcher. "Like it? I made it myself." the pitcher was made of thick glass in a slight hourglass shape, thicker at the bottom.

Serenity glanced at the stain on her white pants (soon to be in the trash pile) and glanced back at the well crafted glass pitcher, "Yeah It's absolutely gorgeous." she said and still managed to not say enough in honor of the pitcher, "My mom saw one like it once and couldn't afford it." she said with a smile and almost didn't want to touch it in case she somehow broke it. It wasn't like she often told people but she was a klutz as most psychics went. What with her knack to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. But that could just be chalked up to karma.
