Vivian snickered at Mathew's reaction and leaned against the wall behind her. She tuned out for a bit not paying attention to anything Mathew and Serenity were saying. Her thoughts wandered around through random things like How close were Serenity and Mathew? or What was she going to do tomorrow? He thoughts were interrupted when one of the blinds from its brackets and flooded the room with sunlight. Vivian cried out in pain as the rays of light burned her eyes, sending her stumbling backwards. She tripped over a chair that was still laying on the floor and landed on the floor with a loud thud, crawling over to some dark part of the room. But, the damage had been done and now every beam of light burned her eyes.
She tried to open her eyes, but the light's in the room was just as bright as the sun's ray to Vivian and she shut them close again. She curled up into a ball with her head between her knees trying to block out any and every thing of light, concealing herself in her own space of darkness.

Mathew closed the blinds quickly, automatically. When light still filtered through, he threw a sheet over the window. "Im so sorry, I must have lost track of the time! I would have thought that kind of stuff was all superstition, though" he said, then remembered how had to be invited to enter the apartment.

Serenity jumped to secure the sheet before it crept down the window to start the problem all over again, "One would've thought." she said sadly and turned back to the other two. "Well it's no basement but it'll have to do." she said with a sigh, Vivian would have to work to make this more of a vampire sanctuary.
Serenity smiled softly at them and glanced at the blood, "Hey Matt your fridge isn't working can you help me fix it?" she asked with a glare at the outside window in the direction where the FBI had entered the apartment.

Vivian slowly peeked at Mathew and Serenity, her eyes still burning from the light. She squinted up at them and asked "C...could you please turn the lights off." The lights weren't that bad for her eyes, but they were now even more sensitive to light. She chuckled at Mathew's remark and said "Well not everything is true and the sunlight doesn't actually do much damage to us. Our eyes are just sensitive to it and we get sunburned easily, but that's about as bad as it gets." She slowly came out of her ball, her eyes still tightly closed, and ran her hand through her hair with a sigh.

"Oh, sure Serenity, but don't feel you have to fix my stuff yourself, you know" He said to answer Serenity's question. Mathew felt somewhat uncomfortable, most situations he knew all there was to know about whatever the situation called for; however, with this strange new world revealed, he realized how uncomfortable it was to be ignorant. He breifly wondered if that was how Serenity felt when she couldn't figure out the oh so shifty future. He jumped over to the light switch and turned it off, and the room became saturated in darkness. "Better? You have noctural vision, right?" He assumed, it made sense given her eyes had become so sensitive to light. He reached around in the darkness until he found Serenity's wrist, and found the couch with the other.

Serenity shrugged and glanced at Vivian, "She can see in this light." she said with a shrug and looked around glancing about five minutes into the future when her vision had adjusted. It helped with little things like that anyway.
"Well I can't really fix your fridge on my own, there are a lot of things you'll have to do on your own. I can't create most of the liquids involved." she said with a shrug that she realized he probably couldn't see. Well this was frustrating, not only could she only see if she had her eyes cast into the future but the others couldn't see her. Very annoying.

Vivian slowly opened her eyes once the lights were off and it took a while for her eyes to adjust. Finally she could see somewhat clearly and slowly stood. She sighed and walked over to Serenity and Mathew, though they probably couldn't see her as good as she could see them. She slowly walked around the place taking note of where everything was then returned back to where Serenity and Mathew were not sure what else to do.
(Sorry it's not that good I couldn't think of anything XP)

"Im just gonna sit on the couch for a bit until my eyes adjust." Mathew said, finding the couch shortly, he heard vivian moving around so he figured she already had her eyes working in the dark.
~THUNK~
"Gah! I missed!" He said, then pulled himself carefully onto the couch. He pulled out the key once he was in position. "Oh, I almost forgot, heres the key" He held it high and dangling for Vivian to take. He felt exhausted for some reason and realized he had stayed up all night.

Serenity grinned as she saw Mathew trip over something and fall over just missing the couch. She would have helped him up but she wasn't quick enough to help him. He had already gotten onto the couch himself. Well she couldn't exactly fix the fridge without his expert help.
Heck he could probably do it without her help really. Sometimes she felt like she was just there for show, and this was one of those times. She didn't exactly feel useful but she would have to deal with it.
She sighed as she jumped onto the arm rest and sat down cross-legged waiting for both her eyes to adjust fully and Matty's to adjust. She couldn't exactly rely on the future to show her everything.

Vivian looked over at Mathew and took the keys. She bounced them in her hands then put them into her pocket saying "Thanks for letting me stay." She walked around a few minutes more then began looking around the pantry just out of curiosity of what he had in store.
(Someone please come up with something cause I'm out of ideas as you could probably tell.)
